Softball Pitching Lessons

Welcome!

My name is Giana LaCedra I am a student athlete at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I've been a pitcher my whole softball career and a pitching coach for 7+ years. I will be graduating in the fall of 2025 with my degree in Elementary and Special Education. 

I started giving lessons when I attended Lowell High School from 2018-2022. At this time I was awarded Massachusetts Softball Gatorade Player of the Year 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. I was also recognized by Lowell Sun, Boston Globe, and Boston Herald for my accomplishments as an athlete. 

Along with my high school career I also played on high level travel teams on the East Coast from 12 to 18u. I was on organizations like the New England Hurricanes, Rhode Island Thunder- Gold, and New Jersey Intensity. I traveled across the country to play competitively and get recruited. 

In my first year in college I was named UMass Lowell Female Rookie of The Year, awarded America East Rookie of The Week twice, and made the All Conference Team.
